To custom brand the content we create and post on your behalf, we need some information from you. This page contains a form requesting information, please keep in mind not all fields are mandatory. It is entirely personal preference on what you would like to see on your content.

For example. you may want your logo, website, email address, phone number, and NMLS. Therefore, you do not need to complete the rest of the fields. If you would like your address, you can fill in those fields as well. Keep in mind, the more we put on the content, the smaller the info becomes.

Social Media Platform Setup
Schedule a 1:1 session with a Rebel to review all your social media platforms to ensure you have the right account types to allow us to manage your social media for you. We will also set up access to your social media platforms and if needed, create new accounts and help you get those all setup. Anything else social media will be handled during this session as well!

A link to schedule the session will be provided to you. This phase can happen concurrently with Phase 1 and 3.

Getting To Know You
The final onboarding phase includes an extensive questionnaire that will allow us to get to know you so that we can create customized social posts for your company. The more we learn about you the better! While we have a library of content to use for your posts, we want to create custom content that is unique to your organization so that it connects with your audience at a personal level.

You will receive a link to the survey with this lengthy questionnaire. Please allow yourself plenty of time to complete this. While we have thought of many things, we may have missed something, so if there is something you would like us to post about, please make sure and let us know!
