No you cannot alter our content in any way. Feel free to email us at suggestions@rebelchicsmedia.com if you have suggestions for future releases.

We do not have a mobile app, however our site is completely mobile responsive. You can go to our website on your mobile device and select “Add to Home Screen” so you can navigate to our site quickly anytime. 

No, only 1 user login can post the media piece to each social media account that is owned and controlled by the subscriber across all platforms as long as this subscriber does not control more than 5 accounts per platform.

Only the subscriber of Rebel Chics Media can post the content downloaded. Others can “share” the subscribers post, in fact this is recommended so that it can reach a wider audience.

There are no long term contracts. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period. You can cancel or change your renewal easily anytime. We believe that you’ll love our content so much that it will become a part of your business plan.

You can use your subscription to redeem any piece in our library. Depending on the membership plan you choose, you will receive a predefined amount of pieces to use each month. Allowances do NOT roll over if product selections are not made in any given month.

Yes, however we hope you continue with your subscription and use our content to build your social presence! If you still want to cancel, please email info@rebelchicsmedia.com at least 3 business days prior to your next billing.

Credit card information is collected by RCM at checkout. We do not accept other forms of payment other than credit card.

All fees for services provided are due and payable in full every 30 days, in advance of subscription services.

In the event of a credit card dispute, all credits, refunds, and downloads will come to a stop immediately until the dispute is resolved. Resolving a dispute can take weeks, possibly months. Negotiating a fair compromise and credit will always be more favorable than filing a dispute in almost all cases.

Yes, a valid credit card for payment of fees shall remain securely on file to cover the monthly recurring charges for service. The credit card on file will automatically be charged every 30 days, unless we receive a cancellation notice in writing per our policy.

All monthly subscriptions will automatically renew on the 30 day anniversary of your initial subscription unless a cancellation request is received in writing. Your credit card on file will continue to be billed automatically each month unless we receive a cancellation notice. If we do not receive a cancellation notice, it is assumed that you want to maintain the social media services with Rebel Chics Media, LLC. This will also help avoid any disruption to your services.

If you unsubscribe, you no longer own the license to any media assets redeemed with your subscription – this includes any media pieces provided as part of your subscription. You do not have to take down posts, however you cannot post it again as new.

No, if you unsubscribe, you no longer own the license to any media assets redeemed with your subscription – this includes any media goods downloaded from an email drop or our website.

Although the work is paid in full, Rebel Chics Media is not liable for making sure any missing work from the previous month is carried over. For example, if you choose not to utilize one of the services included in your plan, but change your decision at a later date, Rebel Chics Media is not held responsible for the services you passed on.

No, pick your content at your leisure, and we’ll add your customization template to it within 48 business hours. If you choose it all at once for any given month, it may take longer than 48 business hours. 

If you use up your subscription and would like to get more, simply upgrade your membership plan. Or, wait until your next billing cycle for your allowance to refresh.

When you become a RCM subscriber, we create your customized template that’s added to all your media pieces. Within 48 business hours of subscribing, you’ll hear from our team to finalize your template information. Please be prompt in responding to requests for approval of your customization template.

A QR code is a machine-scannable image that can instantly be read using a Smartphone camera. Every QR code consists of a number of black squares and dots which represent certain pieces of information. When a Smartphone scans this code, it translates your contact information.

We do not suggest using your headshot, as your photos are already in your social media profiles, however if you would like it to be used, we can add this.

At this time, the Aspect ratio for most RCM video content is 16:9 which does not cross post in the META Ad system without cropping. 16:9 makes great posts, boosts but does not cross post between Facebook and Instagram. Mobile versions are available on some products and we are working on making them available on the rest. 

Rebel Chics Media provides “Writing Prompts and Examples” you can explore to encourage your audience to engage with the content you’re posting. Keep it short and simple. Social media users have a short attention span, so it’s best to keep your posts brief and to the point. Use attention-grabbing headlines or captions. Use relevant, catchy, and interesting headlines or captions to grab your audience’s attention and make them want to read or watch more.

For most platforms, it is recommended to post at least once a day or a few times a week. However, for some platforms like X, you may need to post more frequently to keep your content visible and engage your audience.

It may take some time to build a following and see significant results. However, consistently posting high-quality content and engaging with your audience can help you see results within a few weeks to a few months. It’s important to have patience and be consistent with your efforts.

We are a small start-up catering to the housing industry. It’s possible your competition is also a subscriber, however all subscribers can select their own content so chances are you’re not selecting the same piece from the content library. It is impossible to guarantee that your competition won’t post similar content to yours.
